OTF celebrates all things Star Trek, and what better place to do that than at the world's largest Star Trek Convention?
Senior Editor Rob "Tek" Piontek and Senior Contributor Amy Imhoff were on hand at Creation Entertainment's official convention in Las Vegas last month. But you already knew that, right? After all, you've already listened to the podcast where they discuss the weekend. (If not, you have some homework to do!)
Now, in conjunction with our Star Trek Week festivities celebrating nearly 50 years of sci-fi history, we have a special podcast, compiling four very special audio interviews. These guests were so kind and gracious to speak with us during the con, and they had tons of interesting and thought-provoking things to say. It would be a disservice to simply transcribe their words; you have to hear it for yourselves!
Listen now to our interviews with:
Ashley Eckstein (start) (@heruniverse)
Mary Czerwinski (20:48) (@televixen)
Robert Picardo (44:28) (@RobertPicardo)
Garrett Wang (1:00:00) (@GarrettRWang)
Thanks a million to these four fine people for chatting with us! We really appreciate it, and we look forward to catching up with you all again in the future.
Be sure to check on our blog for more from Star Trek Week!

Did you ever want to know what organized chaos looks like? If you take a trip down to San Diego for a weekend in July, you just might find out!
Comic Con invaded the streets of San Diego for their yearly nerd explosion at the cross section of pop culture, comic books, movies, television, and more! Naturally, we were there to drink it all in, and, on the final night in San Diego, we took to the microphone and recorded a great podcast for you guys!
Dwight Tejano and Rob "Tek" Piontek look at this year's convention with the stunning high points, the equally stunning low points, and why they're coming back next year.
We've barely scratched the surface - be sure to check back later for more podcastin' goodness from SDCC in the future, and of course, keep an eye on our SDCC roundup for more news from the con floor!

Every year, the gaming world gets its first preview of the upcoming year's releases in the convention known as the Electronic Entertainment Expo. With the slow decline of this console generation, there wasn't as much excitement as in year's past, but there was still a lot to talk about.
Dwight Tejano, Sean Sorensen, and Rob "Tek" Piontek as they discuss Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft's press conferences and the games most deserving of the hype coming out of the LA Convention Center. Did the Wii U make the cut? Was Halo 4 the only Microsoft showstopper? What was Naughty Dog up to at Sony's presentation? Find out all this, plus our picks for Game of Show in this episode of the Fridgecast!

A veritable whirlwind of geekery stormed through the City of Brotherly Love at the beginning of June, and its name was Wizard World.
Our own mild mannered reporter, Rob "Tek" Piontek, was on hand to bask in the warm, glowing, warming glow that is the convention celebrating popular culture, and we Fridge Stuffers discuss it all! From a collection of legendary Captains to the thunderous cheers for a Norse god, we break down the weekend (with audio clips!) to all of its exciting bits -- including a terrible sounding drink that's (allegedly) better than the sum of its parts.
Dwight Tejano, Amy Imhoff, and Sean Sorensen join Tek to talk Wizard World, and are not even a little jealous that he was the only one able to go. Nope. Not even a little.
And make sure you check out the rest of our coverage from Wizard World, including the panel transcripts, interviews, and more!
Couldn't quite make out the audio clips in the episode? Check out the Fridgecast post on the OTF site for the transcripts of the audio files used in the podcast.

Captain America, Iron Man, and co. are having a big year, not the least of which includes the biggest domestic opening weekend in US history. After grossing $700+ million dollars (as of today; it was "only" $550 million at time of recording), Marvel's Mightiest Heroes have cemented their place in the pantheon of movie history. ...and, quite frankly, it was well deserved.
Dwight Tejano, Sean Sorensen, and Rob "Tek" Piontek assemble to talk about the incredible Joss Whedon flick, The Avengers: what we liked, what we didn't, where it's going, and why the Hulk stole every scene he was in. We also discuss The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, the animated series on Disney XD, and how it ties into the ever profitable film franchise.
Get ready, true believers! It's the Fridgecast, episode 12: Avengers Assemble!
